I have a doubt about how to create a server side .easr executables which can be deployed on IBM Wesphere by using this ANT building tool.

You would need to create the ejb descritors
and the webshpere descritors.

I suggest you to utilize xdoclet to create the
descriptors and then you could utilize ant
to package the files
