I just answered a user's question about internationalization on Linux. However when I pasted an international character into the box and hit preview it got corrupted.

It appars the jguru is expecting iso-8859-1 data (when I set the character encoding of the page to that manually it works fine). My browser defaults to UTF-8, so that is where the problem comes in.

jguru shoud put a meta charset tag in the page with a content-type text/html;charset=iso-8859-1 and set the same in the headers.
