A while ago we did a proof-of-concept project to wrap SwiftMQ's management tree with MBeans but came to the conclusion that JMX isn't suitable to handle such a hierachical and dynamic tree (e.g. each entity of an entity list would be a distinct MBean). All JMX consoles we tested had difficulties with such a hierachical dynamic tree. It looks really ugly. So the best you have already is SwiftMQ Explorer with CLI. There's nothing which tops that.
However, there's one thing we will probably provide in future which is a MBean to execute CLI commands so it's an MBean around CLI (you pass CLI commands).
