I am trying to use ant to get a project from cvs. more correctly i am running websphere application developer in the 'headless mode' and invoking ant from there. each time i run the script i get the folloing error:

[cvs] Caught exception: CreateProcess: cvs -d:pserver:${cvs.user}:${cvs.pass}@
${cvs.host}:/cvs checkout ${project} error=2

I removed the real values and replaced them with vars for obvious reasons. I have cvs in my path and i am using ntcvs. any thoughts?

Usually the CreateProcess: ... error=2 means that the executable couldnt be found. Do you have success if you type that command (cvs -d.... like above) into the shell?
