I'm using a text file to store information, which is in the form of rows(text-lines). In each line, the fields are separated using a delimiter. I'm using StringTokenizer to retrieve the fields from each row. Now I want to update certain fields of each row(line). How this can be done..? If I use the stream RandonAccessFile, is it possible to update..? I think it works with binary file and not with text file. Another thing, how's it possible to delete a row from this text file. Please give ur suggestions. Thanx
