After retrieving the data from database, I need to apply some complicated logic and selectively need to display the data on the jsp. I intend to write the html tags(selected rows etc) and append it to a string and finally set it to a Form bean variable. Using the data in the form bean variable assign the varaible to a div. Is this a good approach. I cannot use custom tag to that as logic will be distributed. Do you see any performance effects or deviating from Struts-jsp standards. Please let me know.
