I am studying the Open Platform Card Specification v 2.0.1. In this, it is mentioned that whenever Card Manager has to perform DAP Verfication of a Load File Data block, it accesses the service of the specified Security Domain because Card Manager does not have any DAP keys.
* The clarification that I have is how the Card Manager access Security Domain for DAP verification? Is it through gaining access to the Shareable Interface of the Security Domain? If it is through Shareable Interface, what is the method of the interface that the Card Manager will call for DAP Verification?

Hello Mohana,

from my understanding of OPEN, the Card Manager has its own security domain. By the way, it is directly connected to the DAP verification mechanism.
no need for any shareable interface.

while designing the Security Domain associated to the Card Manager, you specify its services and associated interfaces (public or protected methods, or interfaces).
the signature of the method for DAP verification is under responsability of the Card Manager provider.
Actually, CM is the only on-card applet able to do it.
Even when you have delegated management, you have to go through the CM...

hope it helps.
