I have someone who wants to create a java code which would allow them to stream videos, voice on the internet. The files would be played without the use of Real player.
of Windows Media etc. the file (video would be provided in Mpeg or DVI format and can last anywhere from 2 minutes to 45 minutes. This file would need to be coded so it streams. on the web browser without the use of Real player etc.
