You will need to replace the Access' JDBC drivers (JDBC-ODBC bridge?) with the ones for MySql. Other than that it is simply a case of making sure that the correct versions of Java and MySql are installed and that your environment is set up correctly (i.e. that your JAVA_HOME, CLASSPATH and PATH variables are set).
