Hello All !

I have developed a wepApp that uses a DB connection very often.
so I have implement few connection managers, I found on the net, to mange the connections in a pool.
however all the connection managers I have tried did not match my expectations.

can any one recommend my on a Good and reliable Connection Manager ?
one that uses a Properties file and can deal heavy traffic.
