I am trying to display all the errors generated by a form at the top of my page.

I assumed that if I simply had an tag where appropriate then all generated errors would be displayed - but they are only displayed one at a time.

For example, if I do not fill in two required form fields ten I am told that field A has not been filled. When I resubmit the form it only then that I am told that field B is emtpy.

How can I set it up so that all the errors appear at once?

If you are using validator.xml with the validate option in
the struts-config.xml set to true, then you can view
all the errors at the same time.

I think in your case , you are directly using the validate method
in your form for all the validations.

verify the logic there
you might be returning the action errors
object as soon as it finds a validation error
this way it does not perform the rest
of the validations.
