Hi Chang,
The J2ME WTK 2.0 compiles, preverifies and Builds ur code.
Whenever u make a new project the toolkit creates a folder by the name of ur project in the WTK20apps folder. In the project folder 7 folders are created by the names bin, classes, lib, res, src, tmpclasses, tmplib. U should place ur .java file in the src folder. On building the application thru toolkit the class files are automatically created in classes folder.
U should place ur resources in the res folder.

To add API s u can select Project->Settings->Permissions.

One of the good IDE is Sun One Mobile Edition available for download from Sun's site.
