Hi,
I am getting the error "Error creating XA Connection and Resource com.ibm.ws.exception.WsException: DSRA8100E: Unable to get a XAConnection from the DataSource." when I startup Webshpere 5.0 Test environment server. I have checked the userid/password combination, Security Option,
etc. I have also set the jdbc2 option on DB2. Everything looks ok.
I'm trying to conenct to DB2 database using the following Datasource properties :
JDBC Provider: DB2 JDBC Provider (XA)
Implementation class: COM.ibm.db2.jdbc.DB2XADataSource

Could anyone please help me out?

Hi, Raj,

Did you figure out? I encounter the same problem. I am using WSAD5.0/DB2-UDB 8.1 I am using the DB2 JDBC Provider(XA) Implementation class.

Always cannot get the XA connection while create my entitybean.

Any clues? Pls help me out. Thanks.
