I want to display JSPs, that aren't located inside the according webapp directory. I'm running a Jakarta Tomcat 4.0.4. I've written a Servlet for Browsing my harddisk and want to display the JSPs I developed. But they are located in another directory.
Do I have to set a ClassPath somewhere???
Please help me!!

Hi,

Use the docBase (document base) attribute of the tag in the server.xml to point to the directory where the jsp's are present.

The problem is the JSP needs to be converted into a servlet. If you have a servlet output the contents of the JSP, you will end up with just the JSP source code. What is your goal of serving JSPs from outside of the WAR?
