Can Ant's javac command check class Dependencies ?

When i change some class that effects others, the Ant
compiles the changed class without looking around to see if
there are other classes using the changed one, so it "hits"
on the runtime.

Any help will be highly appreciated.

Check the depend task, under optional tasks.
