My system was contaminated with the JAVA_NOCHEAT.A and the JAVA_BYTVERIFY.A viruses. I've had them cleaned off the system and the JVM patch installed. But when I enter http://localhost:8080 into the browser it automatically gets redirected to the URL:
It looks like the "l" from the beginning and "0" from the end of localhost:8080 get truncated forcing a search site to come up. Has anyone seen this before? And does anyone know how to fix this? Any other URL that I put in my browser works fine. Only localhost is the problem.
