How can I migrate a database from DB2 to Oracle knowing that the oracle doesn't have a boolean type.

You take the "boolean" type an store it as a char of "y" or "n" or "t" or "f"...


I so much preferred DB2 to oracle, because one could treat a CLOB as a normal string.... and it was so much an easier database to work with... Oracle requires "gurus" to navigate all their difficulties and they are just now getting features that DB2 and PostGreSQL have had for a long time....
