A serialized Object is not read properly on Server

I m sending a serialized object over network through Socket and ObjectOutputStream, but when i recieve it on server it raises NoClassFoundException. Where as the object i m passing has defined classes on both sides. Can any body suggest me a (What is Problem) or solution.

I assume you meant NoClassDefFound ?! if you did, then the class you're calling isn't visible by your server's VM (is it included in the projects path?)
