If a remote object on a RMI server is accessed by Multiple clients. Will the change done by one of the RMI client on the methods of the remote object be visible to the other RMI clients accessing the same remote object? If i dont want the other RMI clients to see the changes what can i do?

Don't use a server.

You need to step back and take the tutorial on RMI. JGuru has an excellent tutorial as does SUN.
