I don't know how a jvm works. But I've been assigned to develop a jvm, that should be invoked to execute a java program/applet, by an applet got downloaded and executed by the browser. I really mean, There is a web page having an applet tag. When it gets executed(all permissions are given),will check if all class files for an application is there in the system. If not download those files. Then execute it using a jvm that resides outside the browse.
So even if we close the browser window, the application should still execute. I need it for almost all platforms. But for the time being, help on the windows machine with internet explorer browser.
thank you
