Hi everyone !

I am receiving a png file with an http connection and I would like to know how can I resize the image to fit into the screen of my device (cell phones...).

Thanks for any help you could give me.

there are number of examples in internet

generally you should create empty image of desired size, and
foreach pixel of new image, do

1) use setClip width=1 , height=1

2) compute pixel of source image that corresponds to this pixel of new image

3) draw source image onto new image with some x,y displacement computed from old & new coordinates of the pixel.

this technique also allows image rotation.

note, it takes significant time on current devices
