Lucene 1.3 Compilation problem

I have downloaded lucene-1.3-rc1-src.tar.gz and trying to compile the source. First I got error saying that JavaCC.zip not found and get from . But there is no site and it forwarded me to https://javacc.dev.java.net/. Then I downloaded javacc-3.1 and set the path in default.properties file. But now I'm getting "Could not find a path to JavaaCC.zip". Actually there is no JavaCC.zip in javacc-3.1. It has only .jar file

So is there any way I can get JavaCC.zip. I searched the net but couldn't find one. Can anybody tell me how to fix this or by modifying build.xml.

The patch for Lucene and JavaCC is in Lucene's Bugzilla. You could try applying that patch yourself, or you could wait until Lucene gets updated to work with JavaCC 1.3. Lucene works properly with JavaCC 1.2.
