Hi there,

I am using JBuilder9 and I have compiled all my source codes successfully and the stubs have also been generated.
After that, I start the RMIRegistry in JBuilder and run my applet and I come to this "java.rmi.NotBoundException".

I have written 2 different test programs and they both come to the same error message.

Why is this so? I would be very grateful if someone can help me solve this problem.

:)

After you start the registry, you have to start the service too. The service will bind itself in the registry. Only then will a client be able to find the service by contacting the registry.
