I want to have a Paging Logic for displaying the data.


for ex. I have 100 array elements, I want to break it as 5 pages of 20 elements each. how do I do that paging logic in Javascript.

The paging logic must use caching in the bean (business login layer) level. paging is basically meant to split up the reasults so that you can show them faster.


If you still think you ned to stick to client side. just put each set of 20 lines within a div tag. so if there are 100 elements, there are 5 div tags with 20 elements each. now you can show/hide the respective divs according to the 'page number' link/button clicked on or the next/previous div in line if next/prev buttons/links are clicked.
