up.(All EJB .jar package are right),and wrong message is following:
# HotSpot Virtual Machine Error, Internal Error
# Please report this error at
# http://java.sun.com/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi

I have seen the JVM crash with that type of "user-friendly" error message because it ran out of memory. Seems like this is what's happening to you too. You need to increase the maximum permanent size - the memory location used by your classes. If you are using the weblogic startup script, modify the MEM_ARGS script variable like this:

For windows: set MEM_ARGS="-XX:MaxPermSize=256m"

For unix: MEM_ARGS="-XX:MaxPermSize=256m"

If you already setting the MEM_ARGS variable, simply append the -XX portion.
