How to detect a Java plugin in IE and redirect to the corresponding URL based on whether the client browser has a Java plugin installed or not w.r.t MS JVM?

If MS JVM is present ( default ) then it should take a seperate action. If Java plugin is present then it should take a different one.

Any code for the answer is greatly appreciated.

Thanking you in advance,
Samsol

you can always find the JVM version basically java version from the system property and based on that decide what needs to be done . MVM is always 1.1.4 and JVM plugins usually above 1.2.X
