A problem about setAutoCommit

If i setAutoCommit(false),and execute some sql(insert, update....), and i don't execute the commit() method, don't setAutoCommit(true), what will happen? is previous operations will be commit? when?

The database operations will be rolled back on the connection close. Also, you are taking a high overhead for the database to keep your transactions in limbo if you leave it for the pool to close it for you.
