I have just installed NetBeans IDE 3.5 and plugin 'Ant 1.5.1 Documentation' version 2.12. The description of the plugin says:

"As a supplement to the main Ant module, adds the Ant user manual; Javadoc for selected classes in the Ant runtime useful for writing tasks; and editor code completion for these classes."

But I cannot get the 'code completion' to work for ant build files. The following error is getting displayed: 

Cannot load SQL document grammar.

I do not know what this SQL document grammar is. Can you search in the NetBeans documentation or ask NetBeans on their user list.
