Best gui tool for java like visual basic

recently i have shifted from visual basic to java and enjoing java. Web delevelopment in java is not the problem at all. But for gui development unable to find any tool like visual basic. kindly suggest me gui tool for java which is not required to be installed at clients place.

If you develop and an application using some IDE doesn't mind tha you need to install the same ide on the machines that runs these applications....
