Hi

while trying to get a connection to oracle db


DataSource ds = (DataSource) envCtx.lookup("jdbc/EmployeeDB");


Connection conn = ds.getConnection();.....



i get the following exception :


java.sql.SQLException: Io exception: Bad packet .


any ideas what is causing that exception ?
