Use Resource Bundle place the .properties file in WEB-INF/classes

Works fine for me, nothing different about JBoss from any other servlet container; same WAR file (where objects get ResourceBundle, from properties file, in WEB-INF/classes), deployed in Tomcat on Linux, or Tomcat on Windows 2000, and JBoss on Linux, or JBoss on Windows 2000, works identically.
