Reading an image file is easy but getting only a specfic color's position/coordinates is getting me crazy.

For example, getting the black color's coordinates/postition from an black and white image file ====> getting the coordinates from an image of a black color line in the center.

I'm unable to get any good information from the web/books. So pls help me... Your time and effort is appreciated, thanks. :)
