I have developed a project based on CORBA as middleware.





I have client and server programs.





When i run client and server program in different computer which are using same Operating system it works fine.





But if i run client in linux and server in windows,it gives me a problem.As if it cannot find naming service(error like comm failure or so).

To check the naming service status, try with nslookup. if nslookup is able to list the context/object registred with naming service on the server machine then there should not be any issue.
