Does Jbuilder contain a private UDDI registry?

IF so,How can I communicate with this UDDI registry? Why,when I am using the Web service Explorer to publish my web service on this so-called UDDI registry, there comes a dialogue box requiring me to fill ID,as well as the password.

IF not, except for Websphere Application Server, which contains private UDDI registry,is there any other free private UDDI registry that I can download?

Thank you in advance!
