I'm placing a new remote on my website. It uses java, and has a menu: TYPE="text/javascript">function setRedirect(Value) { var StatusSelIndex; var StatusSelVal; StatusSelIndex = document.frmzip.elements [Value].selectedIndex; StatusSelVal = document.frmzip.elements[Value].options [StatusSelIndex].value; if (StatusSelVal == '1') { top.location.replace('welcome.htm'); } How do I redirect the selection to a New Window? do I replace 'top.location replace' with 'new.location.replace'?    More>>

[StatusSelIndex].value;

if (StatusSelVal == '1')

{

top.location.replace('welcome.htm');

How do I redirect the selection to a New Window?
do I replace 'top.location replace' with 'new.location.replace'?

Try window.open( url,title,options );

Example:
window.open( "newwindow.html","mynewwindow","top=0,left=0,height=400,width=600" );
