I've a directory structure under TOMCAT_HOME as under :

/webapps
/ROOT
/examples
/mywebapp
/login.jsp
/1.jsp
/2.jsp
........... and so on

How do I set login.jsp as the default page and it automatically navigates in "mywebapp" folder or set mywebapp as the default directory

Also, I dont want any navigation into the directory tree ?
How do I turn that off ?

Thanks.

To set login.jsp as the default page, add this to your /mywebapp/WEB-INF/web.xml file:

login.jsp

To disable the listings attribute of the StaticInterceptor to false in tomcat/conf/server.xml:

I'm sure this one is in the JGuru FAQs also.
