Can not run GUI based Testrunner I tried to run the following on solaris. java junit.awtui.TestRunner. This has nothing to do with jUnit, nor indeed with Java.

If you don't have your system set up to allow you to export GUI displays to your terminal, then a Java GUI won't be exported either.
