I'm running IntelliJ 3.0.2 and trying to use Tomcat 4.1.18 to debug. I've set up Tomcat to run from the project, and that works fine (following the directions at Phasesoft . The problem is when I try and run Tomcat in debugger mode from within IntelliJ -- I get the following stack trace in the console. If anyone has had this problem or can suggest a solution, please let me know! I can't debug at all with Tomcat right now... - Charlie (modeler.Registry 264 ) Loading registry information (modeler.Registry 229 ) Creating new Registry instance (modeler.Registry 244 ) Creating MBeanServer (http11.Http11Protocol    More>>

From what I remember, IDEA doesn't support tomcat 4.1.x. It can only debug with 4.0.x (I think 4.0.6 is the newest one in that version).

Hope that helps.
