I am calling two Entity beans e1,e2 through Session bean s1 bussiness method, where each entity bean insert records to two tables which referenced to each other.I was unable to rollback the e1,when e2 was failed to insert a record.
So how to maintain Transaction when we are calling more that one entity beans from a single Session bean?

Hi,

I think you didn't set container managed transactions attributes, every method (which is exposed to local or remote interface) can have a transaction attribute.

The transaction attributes are Required, RequiresNew, Mandatory, NotSupported, Supports, and Never.

Each attribute sets the behavior and relation of the CALLER and CALLEE method transactions.

For detailed information use J2EE DOCUMENTS, for example The J2EE Tutorial at http://java.sun.com/j2ee/tutorial/
