System out statements while application is running

I've developed J2ME application and have tested it on J2ME Wilreless Toolkit 1.0.4. I will be deploying this application on Motorola i88s device using Java application loader(JAL). I want to know if there is any way I can see system out statements while application is running on the phone?

AFAIK you cant see default output on mobiles (but sometimes it'a a big plus - user wont see Exceptions ;).

If I can make an advice - use Alert instead of System.out.
