Exception while sending Mail

I have written a program which will to send mails and i am setting the fromfield,subject,etc from config file.When i am running the program i am getting an error as "javax.mail.MessagingException: 553 5.5.4 ... Domain name required for sender address fromField",Can somebody pull me out from this exception.

It sounds like you are assuming that the smtp server will somehow fill in the domain name for you. Don't assume this; fill in the full address yourself. (e.g. the error you quoted looks like you tried just saying "fromField" as the sender address, but instead you have to say "fromField@from.Dom.a.in" where "from.Dom.a.in" is the correct local domain for you to use, given the smtp server you are using.

The senders address must be a valid email address or JavaMail will throw this exception. The name does not have to be correct (this can not be checked) but the domain must be an existing one.
