Hi,

Well, normally you need to have a GSM modem or connect a Phone that can act as a Modem. I have done that with a Nokia 6210, using the Java Communication API, for having my application talking with the GSM Phone.


I have used as a reference this page, but there are many other sites that contains that type of reference.
