How to install IMAP server from Redhat RPM distribution?

Hai!! I am tryig to install IMAP server in my RedHat 8.0. When i type in my terminal:
#rpm -q imap
imap-2001a-15
Ist my pc running IMAP server now?? If not how to install it??

The simplest way is to install it via the Package-Managment (e.g.StartHere)

Simply check Mail-Server => imap



After this you have to activate imap/imaps/pop/pops as services,

(StartHere => Server => Services.
