Exception when parsing Outlook Message

When parsing a message that originated from Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express an exception is thrown. The exception is "javax.mail.MessagingException". The message is "Missing Start Boundary". It sounds like the message has gotten corrupted. Where are you reading it from? Off a mail server (if so, can other mail clients read it OK)? Or, are you reading from a local copy you have saved somehow, which might have gotten corrupted?
