Being an input field the user can enter "Pounds" or

"Pounds Sterling".

It allows the user to navigate to the next screen if the
user enter "PoundsSterling" and prompts the user saying
invalid Description if the User enters "Pounds Sterling"

The cause of the error is because of the space between the
words Pounds Sterling.How to implement the validation
in order to allow this condition.


Any help in this regard will be greatly appreciated.

Make it a pulldown selection (html "select" if it is really simple static values, or Struts "html:select" with "optionsCollection" if you need to pull them in from a database) with only the acceptable values there in the first place.
