By the way, I would advise against JSDK and JWS. Use Tomcat instead.

Let you Install the JWS in 'D' drive(i.e. path to jws is D:jws).Put your servlet file(.java) in the location d:jwsservlets(your folderyourServlet.java).Compile the .java file.
Login into the JWS. Click the "Manage" button. Click on Servlet aliases. Then two text fields come.Give the path of your .class file in appropriate place (i.e. your folder(package.)yourServlet). Then save this.
In browser type: http://localhost:8080/servlet/your folder/(package.)yourServlet

if u wanna use a html:
put the html file in the d:jwspubli_html location

hope this will help you.
good luck !
