when I try to startup I get the following error:

java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError:
org/apache/naming/TransactionRef
and also

exception during startup processing
java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException

I really don't know how to solve this,
has it something to do with the naming.jar which I am
missing?(but I do have naming-common.jar)
can anyone help me please
