I work at office with IDEA 3.0 and Rational Clear Case. If I do some changes at source control (e.g. merging, rebasing) it takes about 5 to 15 minutes before IDEA is notified about the changes. The synchronize button should not work as I expected.

Is there a way to synchronize one specified file fast?
