I wan´t to write a J2ME application for Palm OS, and I wan´t to know if I can do a programm for the MIDP 1.0 that enable you to know where in the screen (x,y) are you tapping with the cursor.



I wan´t to display an image, and if the user tap it (the image), the programm will show other image.



If this version of MIDP can´t do this, will the 2.0 version do?

Yes, you can do that. Have a look at the Canvas.pointerPressed() method.
