Version 2.5.2 of Idea had a native startup app on mac os X instead of a silly .sh script.


Are there any plans to release a native mac os X version of Idea 3.0?

IDEA 3.0 will be availabel for Mac OC X users after JDK 1.4 is released.

At the moment, it is possible to use IntelliJ IDEA 2.6 if you like. You will just need to send the corresponding request to the IntelliJ support team which will provide you with the link where you can download the Mac OS installer for version 2.6.
